Terms of Service

The service

JH Creative AI is a growth platform for lead records, outreach drafts, SEO planning, marketing copy, websites, apps and workflow tools. A feature that needs a data provider, an email provider or a model does not run until that connection is on. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, or that a message was sent.

Accounts

You are responsible for the sign-in details on your account and for the people you invite into a workspace.

Plans and payment

AI Starter is £199 a month, AI Pro is £399 a month and AI Business is £799 a month. Stripe takes the payment. A plan starts when Stripe confirms it, and it renews each month until you cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

If we have charged you in error, email info@jhcreative.uk and we will put it right. This is not a promise of a discretionary refund beyond your statutory rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of brand assets, leads and text you submit. You give us a limited licence to host and process that material so we can operate the service for you. You must have the right to upload it, including a lawful basis for any personal data about your own customers or prospects.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful outreach, to break into another account, or to upload data you are not allowed to use. AI drafts are not legal, financial or professional advice. You review them before they go out under your name.

Availability

We can suspend access if we need to protect the service, other customers, or to meet a legal duty. We will tell you when we reasonably can.
