Privacy Policy

JH Creative AI ("we") runs this website and the software you sign in to. JH Creative AI is the trading name used for this service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
Account data
If you create an account we store your name, email address and the sign-in record held by our authentication provider. We do not store your password in a form we can read.
Billing
Paid plans are AI Starter at £199 a month, AI Pro at £399 a month and AI Business at £799 a month. Stripe hosts the card form and processes the payment. We receive a customer reference, the plan and whether payment succeeded. We do not store your card number.
What you put in the workspace
Brand details, prompts, drafts, files and notes you save are stored so the product can show them back to your account. You keep ownership of that material. We use it to run the service, not to sell it.
Lead data
Contacts you type in, or company records returned by a lead provider you connect, are stored in your workspace. You need a lawful basis for those people's data. We process it to provide the product. We do not sell lead lists and we do not use your prospects to advertise our own service.
AI and model processing
When a model is connected, the prompt and the relevant workspace context are sent to that provider so it can return a draft. Review drafts before they represent your business. We do not train a public model of our own on your brand files.
Messages you send us
The contact page addresses email to info@jhcreative.uk. If server-side delivery is switched on, that message is emailed to the same address. Until then, the form opens your own email app and nothing is stored here.
Cookies and measurement
Sign-in uses essential cookies. Page measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, described on the cookie policy. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account and workspace data while the subscription is active, and for as long as we need it for billing, security and legal records after that. You can ask us to delete the account. Backups can take a short time to drop a deleted record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to certain uses, and you can ask for portability where it applies. Write to info@jhcreative.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We do not publish a company number or postal address on this site.
Where processing happens
Hosting, authentication, the database, Stripe and model providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on that provider's contractual protections for international transfers.
